With your help, we hope to bring a diverse, exciting experience to the local community, and in turn promote your business.
Our aim is to create an atmosphere with a bohemian, free spirit theme, offering a diverse range of products and services that will nurture the Mind Body & Spirit, including organic nutritious foods, creative goods, giftware, holistic products and so much more.
We intend on keeping all the stalls within this theme, so as to make it a unique market for the northern suburbs.
Market Dates – As per application form, please select the dates you wish to join us
Location: Jack McKenzie Community Centre, Green Street, Bulla, 3428
(next to the miniature bulla railway)
Hours: 9.00am- 3.00pm
Set Up/Pack Up: Arrival can begin from 7.00am and we request you to be set up and ready to operate at 9.00am.
Vehicles are not permitted to enter the Market grounds, due to Council regulations, unless it is a food van.
Please, no equipment is to be disassembled before 3.00pm, as a courtesy to other traders and safety of the public.
Rubbish
We ask that you take the upmost respect for the land, and leave your site, clean of all debris.
Please, no rubbish is to be left behind, at all.
The council bins, are for guests of the market and small items only, anything else is the responsibility of the stall holder to take with them.
Permits
Stall holders are required to hold a current Public Liability Policy, with a minimum of $10million. We will require a copy of this, at the time of booking.
If you do not hold a permit, we can arrange one for the day for a fee of $5.00
All food sellers, must have a current Health/Hygiene, Food Handlers Certificate and be registered with Streatrader. These certificates also need to be provided at time of booking.
Stall Fees
Only indoor sites have access to power, sorry no power access to outside stalls.
All outdoor sites are 3m x 3m
All indoor sites are 2.5m x 2.5m
If you require a size other than above, please contact us, as we will door our best to accommodate your request.

Double Site $50.00
Food/Coffee $50.00
Insurance $ 5.00
Site fees must be paid no later than one week prior to Market date to hold your site.
If this is not done, we will presume you are not joining us and we will offer your site to next on the wait list.
If you are unable to make payment by the due date, please contact us to make other arrangements.
All payments made are non- refundable. If you are unable to make the market due to unforeseen circumstances, and give us no less than 48 hours notice, we will transfer payment to a future market date.
Refunds will not be issued for extreme weather conditions.
Stall holders are required to supply all of their own equipment.
All gazebos and umbrellas must be safely secured and weighted at all times.
No signage is to be displayed outside of the site.
Cigarettes are only permitted to be consumed away from the market area, and no alcohol or pets allowed.
With your help, we can make this a unique shopping experience and enlightening for everyone.
We encourage you to bring plenty of flyers, and business cards, to help get your name out there, and if you have a website, facebook, twitter or Instagram, be sure to let everyone know, where you will be on these dates.
